Success!

The Night at the Oscars was certainly a star-studded evening!  Our Gala and Grand Auction was enjoyed by over 250 of you at the beautiful DFW Hyatt Regency. While the final tabulations are still being calculated we are very excited and very grateful to announce that our total profit will be about $40,000.
 
Imagine... $40,000 more than we had last week to offer to our beneficiaries: World Service Fund, Compassion & Benevolence Funds, Youth Missions Fund, Local Food Ministries, The Well and Kenyan Evangelists.  And all of this made possible by those of you who generously donated items, bought items, were sponsors of tables, invited friends and guests to spend their money.  
 
And we've only just begun!  The Gala Committee has already met to talk about how to improve efforts for next year!  If you would like to be a part of this group be sure to mark your Serving Form, found in the Volunteer Connection booklet available in the foyers outside all Sanctuaries and in the church office.
