You've purchased your tickets for the Gala: A Night At The Oscars. This Saturday, November 5, the doors will swing open at 6:00 Pm sharp! Not a minute before!

Here is what you need to know:

Study the directions on entering the airport available on our website. DO NOT use your toll tag (no validation if you do). Follow the signage for the DFW Hyatt. Make sure you turn in the SECOND right at the HOTEL signage.
Dress up! Hollywood Style!
Be greeted and receive your packet including name tag, bidder number, program and table assignment.
Bring Cash for GRAB BAGS ($20) and the new WINE PULL ($20).
Child Care is available at the Downtown Campus by reservation to Nursery Director Cindy Baldwin ( ).
Volunteers, arrive at 5:30 PM and find Trudy for instructions.
