Our Venue: DFW Hyatt Regency

For our gala venue this year we will enjoy the amenities of the luxurious DFW Hyatt Regency Hotel. The gala will be in Enterprise Ballrooms 1-4.  As a special perk, the hotel has set aside a block of rooms for gala guests at the special rate of $89/night. Make a night of it! To take advantage of this special rate, contact Guest Services at 800-233-1234 and let them know that you're with First Methodist Church Grapevine. You may also click here to get your room online. The deadline for room reservations has been extended until October 31, so it's not too late to book!

Getting to the Hotel
Parking tickets will be validated at the hotel, so it will not cost you anything to park at the gala. When entering the airport property, you will need to go through a gate and get a ticket. Note that if you use a toll tag and go through the toll tag entry, we will not be able to validate your parking. If you choose to use your toll tag, the fee will be $7 (for 3-6 hours).

Once inside the airport gates, exit Terminal C. Follow the signs to the Hyatt Regency, exiting at the second sign. This will take you to the front of the hotel. Valet parking is available (for a fee) or you may park in the parking garage.
