Pen Pals for At-Risk Kids

One Heart is a ministry that works with at-risk, incarcerated and formerly incarcerated youth. This non-profit organization was started in 2008 after the football game between Grapevine Faith Christian School and Gainesville State School, a maximum security juvenile detention facility. One Heart Notes is a pen pal program with Gainesville State School (GSS). Pen pals "in the free" write to the youth in GSS. It’s that simple. There are no requirements and no long-term commitments.
